As our General Manager, Cody began his foundation career installing piers, performing repairs, and providing estimates. What makes Cody an incredibly valuable asset to Arrow Foundation Repair is his ability to perform every service provided by AFR. He is our expert problem-solver and is well-known in the community for going above and beyond.

Cody’s “Why”: “It is rewarding to come up with permanent and economical solutions to repair people’s homes and businesses. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, so we take pride in gaining our customers’ trust and treating their property with as much care as our own.”

Fun facts about Cody:

• As a “fix it” guy, Cody has worked on cars for over 15 years and often works on them in his free time.
• If he is not in his garage, he is likely on a set of wheels somewhere with one (or both) of his two sons.
• Went to K-State School of Agricultural Engineering after serving in the Marine Corps for 4 years.

Having helped 100+ other small businesses grow over the last 5 years as a business coach of sorts. Jordan works behind the scenes to bring visibility to AFR by revamping our marketing and operational strategies. As Cody’s wife, the two have put their passion and expertise together to grow AFR and bring an unmatched experience to the KC community.

Fun facts about Jordan:

• She is a full-time employee and lead callback trainer at a KC marketing agency.
• When she is not working, Jordan loves to spend time with her boys and blow through fiction novels.
• Jordan has a twin brother who is an Apache pilot instructor.
• Jordan and Cody have two boys, Max & Miles.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of working with Maddy, she is our adventure-loving Office Manager who helps coordinate, well, everything. Maddy has been a part of the Arrow Foundation Repair team for over 2 years and keeps the machine well-oiled.

She is more often than not your first point of contact with AFR and will work with you and your schedule to get your project taken care of.

Fun facts about Maddy:

• She is a fan of all things green, cats, and going on adventures with her husband John, who she married in September of 2024.
• She dedicates herself to her morning gym routine and always covers herself with a blanket at the office regardless of the time of year.

When you are ready to have your home concerns inspected, Nick is often the one you’ll meet on-site as our Project Estimator. Nick has been with Arrow Foundation Repair for over 2 years.

He has estimated hundreds of projects varying from residential homes, to business properties, and more. His expertise and ability to translate property symptoms into long-term solutions has kept our customers satisfied and AFR busy!

• He is a longtime friend of Cody’s, who went to high school and college with Cody.
• A hockey connoisseur and all-around sports fan.
• Newly engaged and is getting married in April of 2026.
