Cody’s “Why”: “It is rewarding to come up with permanent and economical solutions to repair people’s homes and businesses. Most of our business comes from word of mouth, so we take pride in gaining our customers’ trust and treating their property with as much care as our own.”

• As a “fix it” guy, Cody has worked on cars for over 15 years and often works on them in his free time.
• If he is not in his garage, he is likely on a set of wheels somewhere with one (or both) of his two sons.
• Went to K-State School of Agricultural Engineering after serving in the Marine Corps for 4 years.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of working with Maddy, she is our adventure-loving Office Manager who helps coordinate, well, everything. Maddy has been a part of the Arrow Foundation Repair team for over 2 years and keeps the machine well-oiled.

She is more often than not your first point of contact with AFR and will work with you and your schedule to get your project taken care of.

• She is a fan of all things green, cats, and going on adventures with her husband John, who she married in September of 2024.
• She dedicates herself to her morning gym routine and always covers herself with a blanket at the office regardless of the time of year.

As a Project Manager for Arrow Foundation Repair, Mark is driven by a clear goal: helping homeowners protect their greatest investment. He understands that foundation issues can feel overwhelming, which is why he prioritizes straightforward communication, honest evaluations, and practical solutions tailored to each home. For Mark, the most rewarding part of the job is not just stabilizing a structure, it is giving families confidence and peace of mind knowing their home is safe, secure, and built to last.

As the founder of Cultivation Consulting and a strategic advisor in the care-at-home and healthcare technology space, she blends marketing, operations, and revenue strategy to strengthen sustainable growth. As Cody’s wife, the two combine their expertise and shared work ethic to continue building AFR into a trusted name across the KC community.

• She serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit for executive leaders in healthcare.
